Apart from that extreme desperation (some of the best I've ever seen on youtube), a small detail which interested me was how another guy, the one in orange shorts, apparently not part of this guy's party, observes the guy's obvious panic ("Where's the bathroom!?") when he's got out of the car, and then runs along with him and stands next to him at the urinals. I think he was pretty interested in the situation too.

Although I've seen this before, it's an excellent example of genuine desperation. Of course I wonder: Since he was driving, it was his choice to hold his pee until he was desperate. Why did he do this? If he was the only one in the car who needed to go, why is that?

That one has always fascinated me. The guy driving that car seems to be relatively okay again after he's been severely desperate and then involuntarily leaked a bit. Wouldn't most guys be continuing to leak more and more once they had started losing it in their pants like that?
