I think they have a public urination problem every year at Carnival time. Drinking to excess by young people seems to be expected, and apparently there are not enough functioning public toilets in the right places. Thousands of drunken lads on the streets and they certainly aren't going to hold it until they get home!
It’s a vid of a very drunk guy on his phone who appears to have wet himself but he pulls down his t shirt of try and hide it (even though it doesn’t really work).
Lee do you think he’s definitely wet himself - some people have suggested it might be a spilled drink?

No way is that a spilled drink, he’s clearly wet himself.
He knows it too, by the way he tries to pull his shirt down to cover it a bit. No chance though! I’d love to know who he’s phoning!
Glad you thought so too Lee. Looking at the amount of wetness on his jeans I’m not sure he completely wet himself it looks to me like he might have been able to get it out halfway through?

True. But he did a substantial amount in his jeans nonetheless. I was tempted to say ‘in his pants’ but looking at how tight those jeans were, he might not have had room for underpants beneath his jeans!
That might have been the problem … if he was drunk, trying to extract himself from such tight trousers might have proved too much for him if he was at bursting point.

Yeah he certainly let a significant amount it. On my experience most guys do have undies under the tight jeans - although those jeans have very much gone out of fashion over the past year or two.
It is possible to wear underwear under very tight jeans. Heck, some people do even put on underwear under compression bottoms. But the underwear itself has to be snug to facilitate packing - trunks and briefs are possible, but not loose boxers. Sometimes you can even see the underwear line, but trunks typically hide it better compared to briefs.
