I'm sure this happens every day in any large city. Noting the awkward place where he was parked, I'd guess he was in a real hurry; probably had been holding it for a while until he couldn't wait any longer.

Putting it IN a small-mouth bottle isn't terribly bright and could be painful! Not that much made it into the bottle, so I wonder what the floor looks like...
