Whether this guy is making a video or not, his bladder must have been overfull to release so much.

If he was trying to record a video, then the duration of this video is very short as he picked up his phone within 20 seconds. And the angle from the bottom up is a bit weird. It probably doesn't make a very good video.

Assuming he is not making a video, I think he had already lost a significant amount in his underwear, very briefly gained control while legs tightly crossed on the ground, but started going full stream as he stood up and started unbuckling. Not sure whether he had difficulty undoing that top button, but evidently he decided that continuing to unzip was futile.

To me something is off about the video too. If he's not making a show of it, is he maybe drunk?

My take on this: He was planning to make a video of him peeing in the trash container, but he couldn't hold it and started peeing his pants before he got his belt unbuckled. He gave up on the idea, decided not to go down the stairs, picked up his phone and left.

We've all seen videos that start with an apology because they couldn't hold it long enough to get the camera set up.

I'm sure they're not the only ones who have needed to pee during one of these talk shows. A lot depends on what they've been drinking to fortify themselves, and how long they've had to wait backstage before going on camera.
