The number of pee-holding competition videos is an indication of the number of people who are into this, even though they'd never admit that they had a pee fetish.

This isn't the usual desperation content but there's something really cute about this video. The guy is happy (it's warm!), his friends playfully tease him and I'm left wondering how he even got into this situation (the other guy who also needs to pee but wants to use an actual bathroom said the tour only lasted for an hour but he's going for at least half a minute haha)

Similar vibe, the toilets are broken and the train stops just to let that one guy pee. Nothing is shown or anything but I like the scenario. I also found another video where they had the ICE train actually announce a "pee break" for 10-15 minutes and remind people to be back in time.

This one will not be to everyone's taste, but I like real desperation that's not staged, so this does it for me. Scott Adams, creator of the Dilbert comic strip, is on the left and if you fast forward to 1:37:00 or so, you'll notice him starting to exhibit some signs of discomfort. At 1:38:35, Scott says he needs to wrap up because his bladder is full. The other guy keeps going and finally at 1:40:30 Scott says "I'm really not gonna make it" and he leaves while the other guy finishes the video because he just couldn't hold it.
