I once saw a guy in half-length black spandex tights who had clearly peed himself (it was in the finishing area of a half marathon, so not a cyclist). From what you both say, I guess he'd only recently done it when I saw him. Maybe the exhaustion at the end of the race finally got to him.
He was chatting quite happily with his friends in the finish area, by the way, so apparently not at all embarrassed about it.
