I think so. It is four characters.

I'm guessing that the second of the two you post above is some similar experiment, but it's hard to know what they're doing exactly when I don't understand a word of the language.

I think it is an experiment cum some sort of competition. I guess the rules are:
1. Empty the bladder
2. Drink 2 liters of water (the text actually reads 2 ml )
3. Measure when the urge is felt

As the video progresses, the coloured texts (entirely in Kanji, which I understand with much higher confidence) reads as follows:
Yellow: Urge to pee
Blue: Replenishment completed
Red: Spraying of holy water

Don't ask me to translate any speech though, I know not a single thing.

Actually, there are quite a number of Japanese YT videos that attempted bladder holding challenges. Some are obviously underage for this board. Quite a number never got to the stage of holding - they drank too much too fast and vomited first. But it is possible to find a few relevant ones.

It's not really staged, and I like that he (1) woke up earlier and chose to hold it in, and (2) that he is busting for a pee and still takes the time to set up and preface his video before he gets relief. I also agree that a massive pee is as good as sex!
