Bearshel did you download it? If you downloaded it, you will have sound but no video for the first 13 seconds.
I can upload the FLV version, but not many people have an FLV viewer. VLC player will play almost any video format including FLV.
OK, it can be played from OneDrive it is just a bit laborious. Where it stops and says 'internal error' just click on the track bar until it gets to the 13 second mark, it will start playing correctly again.

Ok, this one is admittedly a bit of a stretch lol, but once I realized he was standing on his own, my brain couldn’t come up with any other logical reason why he’d be fidgeting like that (and was that also an instinctive urge to grab that he stopped himself from doing half way?) https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTYFs3gqo/

Yes that's a great "intention grab" there. He doesn't seem to be dancing to any music, so there's only really one other explanation for his motions, isn't there?

Contrary to many videos, when most men need to pee the signs are subtle. The moving from foot to foot hasn't yet become a dance, but this fellow is of the age where he puts off relieving himself because he know he can hold it.
