I like how he suddenly says "stop, stop..." while already being wrapped up. Clearly he was indeed holding it before but thought he could hold out for some time. Something about having his freedom to move restricted made him suddenly realise he had to go NOW!

Yes, he should have done. There's one point in the video when he asks if it will be filmed and posted if he pees, and he gets a clear "yes" as answer. Perhaps that's why he didn't? Also I think many guys are so conditioned not to pee in an inappropriate place in front of other people that they simply can't do that.

Or perhaps the foil was wrapped very tightly against his abdomen... and compresses the top of his bladder.
