Does he grab his willy?
If he could have I'm sure he would have but his hands were locked up the only thing he could do is squish his legs together to not let anything leak out.

If his hands were tied behind him, he'd still need assistance if he were "taken to the bushes". ;-)

The Pitt episode 3 40:20 a Hospital Drama. The main doctor in question has had to pee virtually the whole episode even though he only starts bringing it up about half way through. I chose this time stamp as right as he's about to pee he's called to do something.

Emergency personnel must encounter this problem fairly often, since they don't necessarily pee before they rush to the emergency, and then they're in uninterrupted activity for hours. The majority are young enough and fit enough to hold it, and perhaps they sweat a lot, but it must become distracting after a while. I've seen posts from nurses who haven't had a chance to pee for an entire shift, and though many are women it would happen to male nurses as well. I've mentioned a post from a male nurse who, along with another male, would use the handheld ultrasound to see how full their bladders were at the end of a shift. Always more than a liter. I think holding it was a point of pride for them.

Hmm, I don't think I would hold still for the ultrasound scanner in that situation. Point of pride? Well, pride comes before an unintended squirt...

They were probably in their 20s and had lots of practice holding. Some guys can show no symptoms until they're at the point of bursting. Brian, I'm sure you could have managed quite well in their situation.

Re unintended squirt, that often happened when I would play the "relax the muscle and then clamp hard to stop it from coming out" game....

Theres a Chinese movie called 西游魔童红孩儿 ("xiyou mo tong hong hai'er" = "Journey to the West: Red Boy", also known as "Awakened Demon") with a memorable scene.
The main character and another guy are trapped in an enchanted forest and he has to pee. While nothing is explicitely visible, the other guy's reaction is quite something:

He is supposed to have canine genes in him, so maybe that explains his interest, but I still think that it's quite... relatable. When you have a chance to look at the boy bits, you look at the boy bits. Also, the MC's actor, 耿業庭, is rather good-looking imo.

Does this continue into the next episode?

Edit: It does at around 35:47.

Night court season 1 episode 10 starting from 13:18 a prosecutor has to pee from consuming 7 cups of coffee but is to bashful as he has handcuffed by accident to another person. He spends the whole episode having to go and when he finally breaks down and heads to a bathroom bad plumbing sees it locked.

So, my roommate is Spanish, and during all this years I’ve watch many of the shows he watches with him, even though I still need subtitles because Spanish people speak so fast lmao. And I’ve discovered that Spanish tv shows, specially the ones from the 90s, have a lot of great scenes (or at least the kind I like) so here are two of my favorite ones of all time, also a part of my favorite topic: injured hands !

First one is from the show ‘compañeros’ (school mates basically) which is a show filmed on a high school that follows some of the kids and specifically the teachers.

Alfred, the science teacher glue his hands on some stuff on the lab and has to wear bandaids around them for a few days. In episode S04E08 there’s a scene where he’s left home alone and makes a mess with breakfast, so his brother and girlfriend are mad at him, and when he ask them to help them because ‘I’ve been holding it for a long time now’ they refuse. min 58 and then at 1hr too.

Later on the same episode he comes into the bathroom with his brother and asks the girls out of there because ‘he has an emergency’. His brother Felix helps him with his pants but ends up not going, sadly, maybe because he got shy.

And then this other show ‘the boat’, where a bunch of young students are stuck on a boat while the world ended, leaving them isolated on the ocean, and one guy hurts his hands burning them with a rope and having to wear gloves for a while. He basically goes around the boat asking literally everybody (even his 2nd captain) for help because he gets really desperate. Later on, at night, he gets his friends to help him, you’ll love that scene, it is very explicit, trust me. min 28 but it goes on the whole episode, his desperation growing more and more.

I have a bunch of other scenes too but I’m new here and didn’t want to post a million things already, I hope you like these ! :)

I would love to insert the screencaps but I don’t know how to, so if you tell me how to insert pics from my phone, I’ll do it
