While I question the accuracy of the measurement, it's a clever idea that certain select places might want to install in their men's rooms. I'd volunteer to monitor to prevent cheating.

This video (not mine) is taken from Snapchat. It’s a pee line to unisex bathroom at club. You can see the first is a guy who is moving. You can hear: I’ve been waiting for this toilet for a very long time. I got there in a bad moment there was a very long line.. next you can hear a woman who says: That’s why you can let us before you. He answers: No no, I can’t! I’m a DJ and I need to back to work! And then he goes in for a long pee.

We can add DJ to the list of bladder-challenging jobs. They have to keep the music going, and each song might be only 3 or 4 minutes. If the toilet is some distance away, he needs to be able to pee quickly. If there is a line, well, I guess he keeps holding and comes back later. The group leader seemed to be enjoying the situation.
Years ago as a graduate assistant, I helped with several college field trips, and although I always told the group to pee before getting on the bus and not to drink too much fluids, there was always someone who ignored my advice. Medical science says that the part of the brain dealing with planning and consequences doesn't fully develop in males until as late as age 26, and I believe it. So often there was one guy who desperately needed a toilet the instant we got off the bus, and he would admit that he either didn't bother to pee or he chugged soda before/during the trip.
