Quite a collection! While this was a male search, I think that in the mainstream world (not fetish), images of men needing to pee are more common than images of women. But then, I'm biased.

I prefer to imagine that the photographers actually make these models drink up before the shoot to get a more realistic-looking shot.

OK, it's probably not what actually happens, but a guy can dream...

Good point. When we see these photos we have to remember that someone else was standing right there to take the picture. If these were genuine accidents, the subject might not be proud of it. If I have the energy I might come up with backstories for a couple of them.

For this first photo, one thing I can't tell is whether this guys is doing up his drawstrings or frantically trying to undo them. If it is the latter, then this might be an accident in progress. Regardless, I suspect a wardrobe malfunction because one pair of trousers is half down.
