Does this guy ever stop talking?? Well, yes. Intriguingly he suddenly goes quiet (and we lose the picture) just when his desperation seems to have come to a head. I don't know what he's been saying. Are you able to tell us anything about that johngaga (or anyone else)?

Depending on the circumstances, I would have let him off the bus, even if they were in the middle of highway traffic jam. If I had been the guy and had my cell phone, I would have called 911. (Is that 999 in the UK?)
