Are you the manager!? I expect a reduction on my room. It's too cold, there's no bath, the view is invisible and the radio doesn't work.

Ahh Brian. I did wonder why you opted to stay in the broom cupboard. I am aware there is bunk in there but there are times it gets really busy so the staff have an occasional rest in that room...
Now, you should have gone to the 3rd floor, and to the suite at the end of the hall where you have a grand view of the back of the bus station and rail yard, as well as a bit of greenery (you'd have to really move close to the window and its down to the left with Mrs Greene's petunias, and unfortunately there is a gauntlet path beneath you between the 3 local pubs and the only public toilets within half a mile...
Alas you will often see men hurrying along there in one direction and walking much slower in the other, but hey ho.
It is an ensuite room with bath, shower, toilet, sink and of course, double bed. Just for you.
