Yes, this one has to be one of the finest! It's indisputably genuine, it's graphic and it's hot! I'm actually surprised that YouTube hasn't censored it, so it may not be available forever.

Very nice desperation there. But the final 5 seconds or so appear to be from another video - the background is totally different.
