That Tiktok poster has a couple of others, possibly of the same couple, where he has to pee while driving. She reminds him of a time in Canada when he spoiled the day because he had to pee. I think this is a habit for this pair.

I always wonder about a young fellow like that who keeps holding his pee up to the point where he's leaking in his pants. He must have had opportunities before this but assumed he could hold it until he got to their destination. He didn't tell us just how wet he got.
