[Sorry] It's just a video of me trying to hold my pee while making something (?)
Japanese video of 4 individuals each trying to hold it in while doing work or creating something. Each person drinks 200 ml of tea every 10 minutes. The third person tried very hard to hold it in as best as he could, thus giving all viewers a great show of desperation.

10分に1回飲み物のんでおしっこ行ったやつが負けで美女が…
Japanese pee holding competition, with fluid intake every 10 minutes. Starting 19:05 the two guys started to pinch their privates. And they do it a lot.

A video listing some tips on how to get a good night’s sleep when you’re out camping, with tip #1 being “Empty your bladder.” The video’s creator even includes some helpful action shots for anyone in need of instructions

Just to pick up on one thing, I've never heard the idea, which that video maker states, that having an empty bladder (peeing before going to sleep and, if necessary, getting up and peeing in the night) will help keep you warm during the freezing night sleeping outside. I found myself thinking dubiously: "
Really?". Does the urine in the bladder, which has been at body temperature ever since shortly after the liquid was drunk in the first place, lose its heat straight through to the outside? Body fat certainly doesn't for example - slimming and losing weight can have many health advantages, but keeping the body warm isn't one of them. And anyway, supposing it's true that a full bladder of warm urine will lose more heat to the outside than the heat it gives back internally, it's a trifling amount compared with all the rest of the water circulating in the human body.

I guess it does sound somewhat like "folk science." The simpler (and maybe more likely) explanation would seem to be that the sensation of needing to urinate can be a nuisance which is too distracting, and makes it harder to fall asleep.

That's true.
And also, not getting out to pee makes the possibility of wetting the sleeping bag a serious one, and that will definitely result in major loss of body heat, so perhaps the video maker is right after all but got his reasoning in a twist.

It's always hot seeing a young man doing the classic dance.
