It's telling that this bodybuilder says he treats holding his bladder "almost like another exercise." There's a certain kind of guy who, far from feeling embarrassed about the urge to pee, regards it as another opportunity in life to be strong, and boasts openly about rising to the challenge. (Let's just hope that when he does choose to pull over, he gets the privacy he needs for a nice, long release.)

Men have different attitudes about public urination: some would only do it under the most extreme circumstances, while others think nothing about whizzing on a tree in the middle of the sidewalk. No need to guess in this case!

It's interesting to note that, though the tree certainly shields this person from the opposite side, the open and busy nature of a city street means that he'd be easily observed from most other directions. I think privacy may not always be the main reason that men choose to urinate on trees or bushes when in public. Perhaps it's just as much so they have something to aim at. Or even an unconscious recognition that the vegetation offers a "patch of nature" as opposed to the manmade environment, someplace where the need to hold it can yield to the inevitable urge to drain one's bladder and get relief ...

An exciting topic! Although it's not a healthy exercise to perform regularly, this young man is proud of his ability to hold his pee, and it adds efficiency to his job. In this video he intends to hold it for another three hours, maybe more. I'd like to be at his next stop when he strides to the men's room, extracts his pizzle, aims into the urinal and releases his flood. It must be such a relief! Great video!

Watching him work out and holding his straining muscles, I wonder if he does the same with his urinary sphincter. In his videos he talks about workouts and self-discipline. Does he apply that to his full bladder?
