Yes you do get a fair few on the net. Most however you hardly see any desperation and people give up and go way to early. On this occasion however this gentleman really did push himself he wanted to keep going but you could tell the way he was moving he was just so desperate.

Generally, men don't often do the wild gyrations we see in many videos when they need to pee urgently, though we could see Matt's hand stray to his crotch as he paced back and forth. I would agree that he was getting genuinely desperate.
