I seen the original episode as well as this interview. The gentleman himself seems one of these comedy guys and very tounge amd cheek person. Although he's convincing in his answer. On the actual episode there's no mention of him needing to pee or any sign he does need and explains a different reason at the time. He maybe did need to pee but its more a comedy stit than anything.
