I love these subtle ones. And my own hunch from looking at him is that you are not thinking wishfully. I think he's in the early stages of needing a serious piss.
He also seems to be waiting for a taxi. I want to share the taxi with him!

Muscle man seems to be crossing his legs or squeezing his thighs together from time to time. He might be experiencing waves of urgency, which only increases over time.

Indeed! And he's occasionally walking around a bit while he waits too. That helps him deal with the waves of urgency. But he's Muscle Man and always has control over what his body is doing so it won't be a problem, will it?

I'm not sure how long the last three held out, but I think it was more than 12 hours. The first one quit around 6. The secret of success would be to show up dehydrated. Ah, to have a youthful bladder and sphincter!
