Nothing to see, but it looks like he left his wife and child to get in the house to pee. Color him moderately desperate. Then you might ask why he had to pee urgently but apparently the wife and child didn't.

Extraordinary clip. I guess what he did was safer than standing by the open doors of the fast-moving bus and peeing through them (do buses in Brazil really habitually drive at speed with open doors??), but quietly wetting his jeans when he realised he couldn't hold on any longer was what he should have done in my opinion.

The couple just scurried out of the way. Possibly under the influence of something and didn't care who saw.
