Sadly I agree. Had lots of potential but didn't find the people doing it any fun to watch and I skimmed the video at most.

While it would be good to know the backstory, perhaps she asks if he might pee himself because (1) it's happened before, or (2) she hopes it will happen. In either case, his full bladder may be part of their relationship.
