It sounds like he has a nighttime incontinence issue. The kind where it occurs sufficiently rarely for him not to wear protection, but just happened exactly when he was on the red-eye flight.

Sorry this is in German but I think it’s still quite good. He frequently states that he really has to pee right now and becomes increasingly whiny and angry. This guy apparently used to do livestreams lasting regularly between 4 and 5 hours. He details how he’s usually fine without a bathroom break but got really desperate during one of them in Lithuania and it was the middle of the night so McDonald’s was the only thing still open. He thinks he’s made it only to realise that the toilets are for costumers only and you need the code from your receipt to actually open the doors to the toilets. He goes on this humiliating mission to buy something in order to procure a receipt but they only accept orders through the electronic ordering system (I assume because it’s the middle of the night and they’ve got minimal staff). The computer is running an update and taking ages. So he digs through the trash to find a receipt because he can’t wait but then he can’t find the code on it. He finally asks an employee who doesn’t really understand what he wants but finally shows him that the doors just open normally and there was absolutely no need for all that.
From what I’ve seen of him it couldn’t have happened to a better person. I especially didn’t like the way he talked to the McD’s employee.
I do not speak German. Relying on the above account of the events, this fellow apparently is confident in his ability to do some drinking and hold it for 4 or 5 hours, but he couldn't in this instance. However, he had good enough control to go through the "code on the receipt" exercise and hold until he got into the toilet.

I wonder that too. The general "bathroom break" which got granted (grudgingly and after a slight delay!) as a result of his desperate calling out resulted in several people sprinting away at the end of the clip, but I didn't notice him among them. I can't help wondering if it was too late for him.

If that, or if he did manage to hobble across out of shot, he’d have found himself in a queue for the toilet!

You see the top of his head at the top of the screen. Due to his desperation I am sure he couldn't run like the rest of them did.

A hot group of guys! I would have been concerned with the health implications of drinking so much water in a short time, but this is one more indication that holding pee is a "mainstream" activity among young males.
