It's a very old video but I've never seen it before. I'd like to know the backstory too. The description "Hypnosis has me convinced I can't walk thorough doors and then my friends make me pee my pants." seems to suggest that he's been on a hypnosis show where he's been told he can't go through doors, so he hasn't been able to go to the toilet, so that's why he ended up wetting himself. But did he really wet himself? We don't see...

There were two friends, the other one taking the video. The "victim" really hammed it up, suggesting that this was somewhat planned, but that's OK.

I hadn't heard of him before, but I see now that he's a multi-talented celebrity.

Obvious question: are the long strides just to hurry up, or does walking like that help him hold it in?

I suppose its to hurry up. The video gives a possible explanation why he didn't run, but it doesn't come from the man himself.

While livestreaming a video game which dragged on endlessly, the gamer's bladder was bursting to the extent that he could feel it in his kidneys. When he felt that pee was about to escape his gate and prepared to go, he found his father smoking in the toilet. As he waited in increasing urgency, he could feel drops starting to travel out, and it became very difficult to keep it in. Out of desperation he finished his bottle of water, in preparation of using it to pee. At this time, his father came out of the toilet, so he rushed into the toilet instead. Towards the end of the video, he said that this was the best pee in 2022 - after all that holding, it felt like heaven when all that pee finally shot out.
