The Sims 3 Bladder Trouble

here is a video of a sims character being made to piss himself by using the cheat codes. I have sims 3 on DVD and tried to install it but it needs to run on something called steam online and that won't work. why won't a program on DVD run on the computer by itself?? why does it need to have online access and what is this steam it runs on and how do I make it work??????? I got Sims 3 so I can make the characters piss themselves but the program won't run without steam. can I hook up a steam kettle to the computer with a pipe? put a motor on the computer to turn the gears? computing is done by turning gears. when the computer is not responding I pound on it to turn the gears. I have an adding machine from my grandparents and I opened it up and it is all done by gears. so that means there are gears inside the computer doing the computing and just need a bigger motor to turn the gears. when the computer freezes up I pound on it to turn the gears.

this is a comedy spoof of spiderman needing a piss big time after drinking a lot of pop. then someone comes in just as he was starting to go and he hides on the ceiling and starts to leak as the guy is looking around his room.

Is this real life? I honestly can't tell and I'm sorry if it is I'm not trying to make fun of you.... but it needs steam for its updates and stuff unfortunately.
