The show was called Endurance, the contestants were students from universities . There are or were clips from the shows somewhere on Youtube.

Both おもらし and お漏らし, plus オモラシ are all omorashi. I have no idea why there exists three versions of the same word/phrase: one entirely in Hiragana, a variant of the first except the second character is in Kanji, and one entirely in Katakana. (Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji are written scripts in the Japanese language. While Hiragana and Katakana are phonetic, Kanji isn't.)
