I gather from his initial comments that he had unbuttoned his waistband to ease the pressure on his bladder, so I'd guess that it was really full. Media stars, like royals, may frequently be in public or on camera when they need to pee, and they just have to hold it.

By part 2, you can see that the person has start to leak visibly. However, the conclusion shows that even though he leaked slightly more, clearly he made it to the toilet without losing it completely. His holding power is excellent!
