I gather that the police stopped them shortly after they started home, and if so, if he had to pee so bad that he couldn't hold it while talking to the police officer, the narrator must have needed a serious pee before they started. Why didn't he go before getting in the truck? There are several possible answers to that…..

This is really quite subtle. I appreciate these ones. It's never entirely clear, is it, but both players that they're interviewing really do seem to have trouble standing still sometimes. And the smaller guy, with the beard, really seems to give his situation away in the few seconds starting around 18:50, doesn't he?
EDITED to add: Does anyone else think that guy's actions between 19:20 and 19:35 suggest something along these lines? "Oh I think I've leaked a bit. Does it show? Not sure. Better hide it from the camera just in case." (Or is my imagination running riot now?)

Brief description of the clip: the guys outside are waiting at the back of a long queue for the men's room. It isn't staged, though possibly their shouted protests - "haven't pissed for hours" etc - are a bit exaggerated.
