Thanks for the link.
It's someone's moderately lengthy blog, so it helps if we give some brief guidelines so that everyone knows which parts are on topic. The first scene interests us naturally (Todd's wet the bed and has some interesting things to say). Then there are a couple of off-topic scenes, but around 4:50 the bedwetting is referenced and talked about again.
Did I miss anything?
Thanks for pointing out the on-topic parts. That really helps with longer videos!
I think bedwetting after drinking is fairly common. You may fall into bed without peeing and/or your kidneys are still cranking, and you may be too anesthetized to wake up when your bladder reaches its limit.
This one's intriguing. How can he possibly do what he's trying to do? (Trying to let just a bit out of his bursting bladder at stations when he's just got a few seconds.) Getting it out and putting it away again will take up those seconds anyway. And how can he stop himself mid-flow to get back in the train? Surreal!
Guy holds his pee to try to set a record at a Japanese urinal game...fascinating...
I don't understand the language (do you?) but those TV monitors above the urinals appear to be measuring the volume of his pee, right? That's a novelty I've never seen before.

I can read some Japanese because I know Chinese, but it doesn't help much. Yeah, the game is supposed to be measuring the volume. You can see the goosebumps on his arm earlier in the video from desperation.
