Whether he ends up wetting himself or not will be an important detail. Some people love that and some don't, so I'll be very interested to see which way you choose!

I always love it when a story ends in an accident that is drawn out, as it often does in reality. It makes it feel more relatable for me, when the guy experiences gradually more intense desperation as time goes by, resulting in leaks along the way, the feeling of it trying to come out by itself and how frantic the guy is while trying to be discrete and collected in public.

Office clothing is also a personal preference, so him being on his way to or from work or something where he'd have to dress up in such clothing would be amazing!

If he's on the way to work, perhaps he had more breakfast coffee than usual. If he's on the way home from work, he may like to indulge in one of my favorite habits to read about - holding at work and waiting until he gets home.
